We are looking for a person who has a solid technical background and relevant expertise in contribution to the whole process of company’s technology innovation management who can grow with global impact in technology by using  the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book  Make Millions and Make Change,  Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes LLC.


Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  1. Manages all technologies and trials internally for the company and not servicing clients.;

  2. Creates applications, technologies, and new ideas that innovates for profits;

  3. Creates explicit custom services to add to service suite online and in business plan, and writing of R&D project proposals and intermediate reports;

  4. Write reports about technology trends and competitor analysis based on the outcome from internal ideas;

  5. Conduct preliminary research on potential new inventions and/or applications;



  • Must have a solid scientific background in understand the company’s technology processes;

  • Candidate must have a solid computer background and research skills. Must be effective and reliable in gathering information about new technical techniques and applications;

  • Extensive experience in computer science and software engineering;

  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies;

  • Expert in technical ideas and has the ability to convey key information via written reports, business communication, and procedure manuals or in presentation settings;

  • Excellent ENGLISH WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills is highly recommended;

  • Ability to manage potential risks;

  • Strong organizational skills required;

  • Candidate must have a degree in a relevant science or technical field;

  • Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;

  • Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

  • Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

  • Demonstrates proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

  • Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

  • With good ethics, integrity, and business judgment.
