We are looking for a person who has a solid background and extensive experience in providing solutions and strategies to keep existing and former customers and clients. Also, a person who has the skill in providing all services delivered to all customers and clients by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book  Make Millions and Make Change,  Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes LLC.


Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Main Role is to work with existing and/or former clients. Therefore, NO Leads as basis.

  • Upselling

    • You have to provide more of the company’s core service;

  • Cross-selling

    • Do outsourcing services in service suite within our family or an outside trustworthy source who shares the revenue;

  • Retention

    • Creative enough on how to keep a client since this is a cheaper way in getting revenues. Aside from that, this also serves as a check and balance to service department effectiveness, and;

  • Referrals

    • Be able to relate well in order to gather more referrals for more new business leads to forward to conversion department.



  • Exceptional convincing skills;

  • Reliable in handling and addressing customer queries;

  • MUST have years of experience as an Outbound Sales or Inside Sales Representative;

  • Has a solid background  in Sales and Internet Marketing ;

  • Must have years of experience as an Appointment Setter;

  • Experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative;

  • Pleasant to deal with and can effectively handle irate clients;

  • Has extensive experience doing research and gathering information;

  • Excellent ENGLISH WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills (Speaks fluent English with an American or neutral accent);

  • Possesses firmness and confidence in interfacing with clients;

  • A business management or marketing degree is a plus;

  • Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;

  • Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

  • Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

  • Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients, internally and externally;

  • Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;
